We had a great stay here. The owners are very welcoming and helpful via messaging. The rooms are newly decorated (open since may 2024) and spacious with high ceilings. Its so nice to have plenty of parking. Entry is well signposted but quite hard to see at night. After half a flight of stairs there is a lift The breakfast is excellent. The owners have searched far and wide of the best bread and pastries and there is a lovely selection of meats, cheese, fruits and muesli. Overall a highly recommended stay.

Nice small town. Clean and large rooms with a balcony. Free coffee and tea. The workers are very nice. Great breakfast included. In the evening, we eat at the compund's restaurant.. the food was great.

Set beside a lake and the river Danube, there's nice woody lake walk right outside the door, the food was delicious and the owner was very attentive. Breakfast was delightful too. Very pleased we stayed here and would happily stay again. Nice cosy place with a warm homely feeling.

Set directly on the riverbank of the Danube, the family-run Gasthof Haselberger offers scenic views of the surrounding landscape. The restaurant serves home-made cuisine and local wine.

We were made to feel very welcome upon arrival and we were able to store our bikes in the garage. We had a lovely room with a view over the Danube and a balcony. Beds were really comfortable and the shower was great. We were the only guests (as it was Sunday night) but we still had a full breakfast laid out for 2. We ate in the restaurant which was fine. The menu is very limited though. Overall, a lovely stay.

Set in Pöchlarn, 15 km from Melk Abbey, Frühstückspension Barbara has a garden, parking on-site and rooms with free WiFi access.

Very welcoming atmosphere, quiet hotel, safe town. Hotelier was very helpful and ready, if anything needed. Breakfast abundant and tasty.
