A beautifully furnished and finished living space. Honestly one of the nicest private accommodations I’ve ever seen. Kitchen, furnishings, bathrooms, bedrooms, all very tasteful. Fantastic large space to all share a meal or relax in the lounge. VERY reasonable price for the quality and size. Short drive to shops in Gosford. Do yourself a favour, skip the grotty motels and hotels in the area. It’s still strategically close to the highway, and being set amongst a quiet equestrian facility makes it a nice experience. I will stay again 100%. Elsa and Joel are good folks.

The bathroom was amazing! Great location. Very comfortable bed. Easy to find. Hosts were excellent communicators and very generous! Super cute little puppy! Even the rain didn’t dampen our stay!

Loved that it was pet friendly, so my niece could bring her dog. The house was clean & well presented.
Loved the double/queen beds in each room. Loved that there was a kettle & BBQ. The tea supplies were a lovely touch.
We appreciated the air conditioning & that it was turned on for our arrival (especially on such a hot day). It was nice that there was a fan & power board in the cupboard.

Overall very beautiful front room, its bathroom was fabulous, very modern features and clean aesthetic. Residence is close to terrigal, could even walk to the main centre if you wanted. Quiet and friendly hosts.

The bed was comfortable, the house was quiet (there were no other guests while we were there). Having read some of the reviews we were a little worried especially since it was so cheap. For the price though, the best I'd hope for is a clean place, comfortable and warm bed and working amenities. It was nicer than I'd expected (the mattress looked new) and I'd happily stay there again.
