Staying here felt like being with family—Farook and Nina’s hospitality was beyond anything I expected. They constantly checked on me, made sure I had food and coffee, and often invited me to sit with them, share stories, and enjoy warm conversations. Farook told me so much about Sarajevo’s history—it was like a personal tour wrapped in kindness. Nina’s gentle care and attention made me feel safe, valued, and truly at home. The garden was a little paradise; every morning I opened the door to a huge rose plant in full bloom, and that simple beauty made my day. The location was also perfect—just near the Old Town, with most attractions within walking distance. What touched me the most was how I arrived as a guest but left feeling like part of their family. Every corner of the house radiates warmth, peace, and authenticity. This place has a soul—and so do the people in it. Firstly the bed is big and comfortable. I love the room. The shower and toilet are full of toiletries. The host is very friendly and helpful. The wifi is working well. The location is close to the center although you need to go up a bit .

The location is perfect, because everything is on a walking distance, old town, yellow fortress and the cable car. It has a beautifull view over the city. The apartment is very good for large groups, because of the many bedrooms. And then you have the host… I mean this guy helped us with everything including picking us up from the airport late in night, because our flight was delayed. Also bringing us to the railway station very early in the morning.

My family and I had one absolutely wonderful stay at this unique wooden cottage house in Sarajevo. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Baščaršija, Trebevic cable car, Sebilj and all the major attractions and foodie spots in the city. The cottage itself was not only beautiful but also immaculately clean and new, creating a serene and cozy atmosphere. One of the highlights was the beautiful secluded backyard, a rare find in busy Sarajevo, providing a tranquil retreat after a day of exploring the city. The private and secure parking was a great convenience as well, making it easy to come and go as we pleased without stressing about parking and car safety. What truly made this stay exceptional was the host family’s warmth and inclusiveness. Within just 30 minutes of arriving, we felt like old friends. They exemplified Bosnian hospitality, always going above and beyond to make us feel safe, welcome and at home. Throughout our stay, the host family was readily available and their knowledge about the town was invaluable. They guided us to the best local spots and shared fascinating stories about Sarajevo’s history and culture, enhancing our overall experience. I can’t recommend this place enough – not only for the charming accommodation and convenient location but also for the genuine connection with the host family that made our time in Sarajevo truly unforgettable.
