I normally don’t give high ratings, but this property is worth it. Everything is so clean and spotless. The room has many little details to make you feel at home. The bed was very comfortable and allowed me rest and sleep well after a day of meetings. The breakfast was amazing and the have a lot for choice. I had to leave very early and my breakfast was prepared and delivered into the room regardless of the time. The hosts were very attentive and made sure my needs were met. These guys could teach a thing or two about hospitality to a lot of hotels. I will definitely come back again.

The host, Valerie, was above and beyond helpful and friendly. Despite the cold weather, the property was super cozy and snug. We both had the best nights sleeps while staying too! Valerie brings a lovely breakfast to the door each morning. I am so glad we chose Joly Tiny House and not a hotel.

Perfect place for a family with lots of space. It was super clean, it smelled and felt like home, we felt very comfy in there. The whole apartment is fully equipped, anything you may need is availeble in there. It might not be suitable for people with limited mobility though, as all rooms are upstairs, with steep stairs, while the toilette is placed downstairs. Anyway, for us it was ok and we really enjoyed the place and we can fully recommend staying in there.

The sauna is great and the bed is very comfortable. Super nice little garden and a glazed terrace are very cosy. The location is nicely calm and the house has a lot of personality.

Located in a lovely semi rural town on the edge of a beautiful part of Brussels. The street is cobbled and nestled in among trees. We stayed here because it was close to family. The accommodation is spacious, private and very comfortable. It’s well equipped with everything you might need. The owners were welcoming and available should we need anything. Easy parking on the property.
