What a fabulous place. The studio apartment had such a terrific view, all my plans to walk lots when in Sozopol disappeared, and I spent hours just sitting on the balcony. The bedroom and living space were comfortable and quiet, and it was useful to have a microwave and kettle. The wifi was excellent throughout my stay. The owner replied quickly via Whatsapp and, although we couldn't speak a word of each other's language when we met, she was always smiling and welcoming.

I very rarely write reviews, but the hostess was so amazing that I have to make an exception. I was supposed to be in Sozopol and Booking displayed the property as if it was there, but it was the same address in Chernomorets instead. Either way I chose to stay here and take a 5 km commute to Sozopol as it was close enough. The hostess was lovely at greeting me and offered me a ride with her car to Sozopol! I would have never expected such kindness! She was very friendly and talkative and I learned that she had exposure to life outside of Bulgaria, so she would be very easy to talk to for expats. The flat was clean, freshly renovated and the location was very close to the Chernomorets beach and Sozopol too (5 min bus or car ride). I would say it was very cheap for the value I got and I would heavily recommend her for anyone considering a stay in Chernomorets or even Sozopol. I will definitely book here in the future again if I am in the area. Indisputable 10/10

There simply cannot be more perfect location. The apartment was very clean, cosy and filled with everything you'll need for your stay. The vew from the terrace was amazing! Will definitely visit again!!!

We stayed as a family in a 4-person room. The location of the hotel is in a beautiful place, close to the city center. Also room and tiny garden is perfect place for relax . There are very hospitable hosts where you can have very nice conversations in their tiny garden. When i have time, i want to go there again. Note: you may not want to leave otel and miss Oli and hosts.
