There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. Outdoor furniture is available for guests to relax or dine outside. Si and Daniel were incredibly accommodating and responsive to my needs, answering all my calls and messages kindly and in a timely fashion. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear. Their room was decently sized. I loved the kitchen and tea offerings. Having laundry there was a really nice bonus!! The property is at a bus stop that takes you right to the Bridgeport station. I was most especially grateful that Si and Daniel let my friend stay at such short notice after her Airbnb host kicked her out for a completely irrational and callous reason. I had told Si and Daniel a year ago when I booked when we first got tickets to the Taylor Swift concert in Vancouver that a friend might be joining me. She had eventually gotten her own accommodations but when it didn’t work out and her Airbnb host left her out in the cold with nowhere to go, I texted Si around midnight on my first day and she said she could stay without hesitation. I was extremely relieved and me and my friend truly appreciate her and Daniel’s kindness and hospitality!!

With Bus 20 and R4, we can reach the city center, Pacific Central Station, University of British Columbia, Vancouver Airport, as well as basically everywhere in the city easily. The communication with our host was very good and we enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of our stay. It was very nice that there was a water dispenser outside of the room. The bed was really comfortable.

Owner is kind enough to help explain and recommend us all questions we had. We were really grateful.
