Ester answered my call the moment we arrived, and was as sweet and accommodating as ever! She spoke perfect english, provided me with all of the information we needed for our stay and even advised us on the timing of the boats and hikes we were interested in with approximate cost. The Breakfasts and coffee were top notch, special and everything is prepared and presented in authentic Swiss fashion. The view off the balcony is spectacular!

I love absolutely everything. We arrived after check-in hours and the staff made it so easy for us, so that when we arrived, we would have no problem at all.
It is a nice country house, decorated with elegance with a large stylish room, where beds are so comfy and silence is your friend all day and night.
It is thought for quality sleep and absolute rest, which is what I expect in all hotels but unfortunately, it is not always like that.
Breakfast is so complete and varied; besides, it has quality food, which tastes so well when you have the Alps in front of you.

Loved Murren, very quiet and peaceful and beautiful views. Located right across from the the BLM which takes you down to the valley. Very clean and staff was very kind. Restaurant is just downstairs and is very good. Don't skip on the cheese fondue.

Wonderful location, picturesque, beautiful lakeside spot situated in a quaint and quiet village. The views from the balcony are magnificent!!
Adrian and staff were welcoming, helpful and always friendly.
The room was extremely clean, well thought out and tastefully decorated.
Great shower! Fabulous breakfast!
The addition of a kettle and coffee machine in the room was great, with the use of a microwave and fridge so good for travellers if they wish to
have a cuppa.
Great parking available.
Only a short walk from bus stop or ferry port.

Great location. 20 minutes by car to Grindelwald or Lauterbrunnen. Although there was no one at reception/help desk ever but that didn't matter because there never rose a need for that. Interlaken city centre was hardly 5 minutes drive in case you want to enjoy some good coffee sitting by the relaxing sound of cowbells late evening. Internet was super fast!
