Enjoying a quiet yet central location, the Hotel Garni Testa Grigia is surrounded by many shops, boutiques and restaurants. A pharmacy can be found in the hotel. One of the rooms we booked was beyond out expectations but the other was quite small and had a slanted ceiling and we kept hitting our heads..

The Eiger Guesthouse also offers a great restaurant, a bar/pub. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire property. Perfect location next to the BLM train station which isn’t noisy at all. Great food at the restaurant at a very reasonable price (considering it is Switzerland) and the staff shows such warmth and hospitality that it makes it a great stay. The wonderful view of Eiger and Monch from the balcony. Lift for those with suitcases and accessibility in general. Lovely clean room and bathroom with a bathtub :)

If you want to wake up to the sound of cowbells, you couldn’t choose a better place. The hosts were also super welcoming. You immediately felt part of the family. It is clear that the owners are an active part in the local community and that they pride themselves on great food and traditional recipes. Our stay felt very special and we couldn’t have asked for more.

Very well located, smartly decorated, comfortable, and included all the amenities we needed. The host property manager was friendly, helpful, and responsive.

This was one of the most beautiful and luxurious places where we have ever stayed! Our room with huge terrace was gorgeous, both modern and functional, and tastefully designed with antique furniture. The bed was large and very comfortable. We slept with the double doors wide open, and woke up with a view of the mountains. Since the weather was good, we spent much time on the terrace, which was our extended living room. The fancy espresso maker in the room did not have decaf capsules, so after mentioning this to our hosts, they graciously provided a different espresso maker in the shared kitchen. That kitchen has everything you could wish for. The bathroom attached to our room was new and gorgeous, with a bathtub as well as a shower.

There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. Nice new rooms, little gifts in the room, good breakfast.

They serve local fare, from the resources around - Fresh amazing bread from the local bakery, cheese and butter from the Alps that surround the region, local honey, and an amazing collection of herbal tisanes, prepared by Madlaina! They also have fresh apple juice from their own apples, and great coffee, muesli and a few other things! Here, you will not find plastic or cardboard food or junk! It's real, and represents and supports local farmers and economy!

Great location, it's possible to reach Casa Crap by public transport from Zurich airport. It's also on a hiking route. The village is really quiet, so a good nights sleep should be guaranteed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Kitchen was fully equipped and coffee from the coffee machine was excellent!
