Upon arrival, we received a map and clear instructions on how to navigate the park's main attractions. The staff even helped us get all our entrance tickets. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting this amazing place. The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable.

The host helped us with plan our trip of Grand Canyon and National Park. We enjoyed the claypot resto nearby and went there 3/4 days for breakfast. The room is huge and clean. Towels and slippers are changed daily plus unlimited free water bottles! Also toiletries are nice smelling.

He spent so much time explaining the best routes to take, laid out how much time each part of the park will take and all the prices for cableways and alternative paths. Also let us know the parts of the park that are currently closed so we don't waste any time. There is a microwave, he will put any items in the fridge for you, and also kindly helped us figure out laundry on the roof. Location can't get any better, dozens of restaurants in the area and Zhangjiajie gate was exactly a 5 minute walk away.

Buffet and à la carte breakfast options with local specialities, pancakes and fruits are available. At the guest house, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner and lunch and serves Chinese cuisine. The location is wonderful. Hotel is located in very beautiful place in Zhangjiajie. Also staff there very helpful. Our guide Mr. Ming arranged tours for us. We decided where we wanted more and then he guided us.

The guy at the desk is simply unbelievable. He went beyond what you we expect. Though he dod not speak english at all ,he used his translator device and sat down with us to help us get the tickets,plan oue trip to the national park and other requests. He made our sray and visit to the park a lot easier. Facilities were good. Breakfast better than other hotels that we stayed in.
