The inn has a terrace and city views, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. We were very well received by the couple who run the hotel. They picked us up and took us to the airport and to the station to Tiamen. They changed our room to a larger one, washed our clothes on the last day, and helped us with all our tours and itineraries, always serving us very patiently and at no additional cost. The breakfast was very well prepared, with fruits, toast and eggs and Chinese noodles. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, with very good towels and bedding, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the shower was great with plenty of water. The room also had a hair dryer and all the necessary amenities, including insect repellent. We highly recommend this hotel, especially because treatment like this family is impossible to have in a hotel chain. Rating 10 out of 10.

Even helped me find so really good typical restaurants! Thank you so very much! I couldn't do it without you! I'm just so sorry i could not say goodbye personally!

Staff wend above and beyond to ensure we made the most of our stay. Despite language barrier the staff made an exceptional effort to make communication as seamless as possible.

Everything was perfect, I wish I could stay longer , to relax in this huge and very comfy bed. It what I needed after 2 days walking in the national park. The room is clean as the facilities, I had heaps of space for my backpacks. The location is great, not too far from the main gate and the town (around 30 min walking) Rebecca is lovely and very helpful, she will answer to all your questions, she also dropped us to the national park entrance for free. Also, her cooking it's absolutely a must ! Delicious meal we had Wifi is strong and location friendly and quietly at night. I 100% recommend this place 👌

At Zhangjiajie Walishanfang Guest Hous every room is fitted with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Location was great, very close to the East entrance to Zhangjiajie National Park and a food market. Wally was exceptional. He would stay with us for as long as we needed to help us with our itinerary and ticket booking.

Buffet and à la carte breakfast options with local specialities, pancakes and fruits are available. At the guest house, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner and lunch and serves Chinese cuisine. The staff was exceptionally helpful. They assisted us booking the tickets to the various nature parks of this region and were always eager to help and plan a nice journey in the parks. The food was also great and the bathtub on the balcony is a nice addition to the beautiful room.
