We stayed in two different amenities due to a coinciding booking issue with another family. Initially we stayed in the room we chose for 4 people and then we stayed in two separate rooms. All accommodations are great. Excellent comfort, cleanliness and space. We spent our stay in winter and both the room cooling and hot water worked perfectly providing comfort even on the coldest days. But the highlight of the stay was the hospitality of the staff and all the help they provided. Even though we don't speak Chinese, the team was able to provide us with all the help we needed, such as travel, information about local attractions and even food delivery. Our experience was undoubtedly unique and unforgettable.

The location is super central and the apartments are in a local Shanghainese house. We were staying at Yunnan room and it was great to have breakfast in the veranda during sunny days. I enjoyed also the common area with kitchen and dining table. Staff very supportive. Good value-price-comfort-location

The hosts were absolutely lovely and accommodating for us! easy to communicate with as they spoke english. It was also a very convenient location close to metro station and plenty of food and shops around. we had no issues whatsoever! Definitely would recommend staying here if you’re visiting shanghai with your friends or family

Rooms are very large and interesting, cartoon design. Frendly atmosphere. Good location, especially for Disney visit. And all that for very comfort price. Special thanks to the hotel manager (I guess he is also the owner). Always helped us, did free pick-up to Disney metro station.
