A very short walk to many restaurants yet a bit away from the louder parts of Laureles. Fruit sellers often pass and there is a mercadito a couple of doors away. The other guests were friendly and we communed in the common area. I cannot say enough good things about Laureles Garden Hostel. I will surely return.

At the guest house, all units have bed linen and towels. Gloria was so helpful and friendly. It was more like staying at a friend’s house. She organised a tuk tuk to take us to waterfalls. Did our washing. Left us eggs, bread and cheese for breakfast. There were coffees, teas, milk and cereals. The room was spotless and an amazing bathroom. It’s huge. There’s an area to sit and you can help yourself to drinks .

It is located 5.7 km from Plaza de Toros La Macarena and provides a shared kitchen. Parque de las Aguas Waterpark is 34 km away and Juan Pablo II Airpark is 2.5 km from the guest house. Beautiful place. One night stay passing through but the room was lovely, clean, big. Great shower after a long journey and communication with owner. Close to South Terminal for bus and has bars, restaurants close. Thanks Gavin

Place was very clean and organized. location was perfect, it was close to the center of the town and all the restaurants and other amenities. I will come back.

The owner is a very good chef/cook and makes delicious breakfast/dinner. The refugio is very close to the mirador/viewpoint (just 5min walking). Great place to calm down, have some great peaceful time in the nature
