Yann and Kalu are really amazing and make you feel so confortable. There is nothing to improve as it is already perfect. I will recommend this place to anyone coming to costa rica.

The place was very peaceful and overlooked the mountains. The hot water in the shower was another plus! My siblings and I were staying there during Easter and Arelys surprised us with a little Easter basket of goodies :') Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Just be prepared that you will access the house via a steep gravel road just slightly outside of the main part of Santa Elena. It's good to have an SUV with good ground clearance in Monteverde and this is no different.
