The owner was extremely friendly and answered all question I had. The neighbourhood is quiet so you can even sleep with the window open. The rooms are perfectly equipped, what I liked most was the heated floor at the bathroom.

The room was okay, it really was at a good location and it was very clean. The size of the room was great. It was not really quiet but not also loud so the noise was bearable. I would highly recommend it.

This neighborhood is outside of the historical part of Berlin but there are busses and the S Bahn close by and it is quiet and felt very safe. Getting in was easy as well. Served my purpose...it was clean and the manager was very friendly.
