This family-run villa lies in the heart of Potsdam, a 12-minute walk from the city centre and the Dutch Quarter. Guest house Villa Fritz is beautifully set in a location surrounded by 3 lakes near Sanssouci Palace and the New Garden. The stay was amazing. Clean and comfy room with a clean bathroom. Everything is new and renovated. I was welcomed in the room with refreshments. The room didn't have a kitchen, but it did have a refrigerator, a kettle and a coffee machine with coffee capsules nearby. I would highly recommend the place and would definitely love to come back.

This modern and newly renovated hotel is family-run and located in a tranquil and idyllic setting just north of the Sanssouci palace and gardens in Potsdam, within easy reach of cultural highlights and local lakes. Fantastic spot in a very green area yet close to the centre, very quiet and well equipped.

We stayed here three nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was perfect. It had everything that you needed. We enjoyed the balcony and had breakfast every morning outside. The bed was very comfortable. Everything in the room was of high quality. Bärbel, our host was very Friendly and always asking if we needed anything.

Guests can access the guest house via private entrance. Very nice apartments in a superb quiet environment close to a beautiful lake. And affordable too! There's enough space to park your car (6 places for 4 apartments) and the staff is helpful when you've got a late arrival.

This is a family-run pension with a lot of charm, situated in a lovely neighborhood close to the park Babelsberg, disposing of an inner yard in which guests can enjoy sitting outside. The pension owners also put nice bikes to disposal of their guests and riding a bike in the lovely city of Potsdam made my holidays especially enjoyable. I liked my apartment, it has a big bathroom, a nice kitchenette (small, but very well equipped!) and a big main room. I appreciated having reading lamps at the bedsides. The best of all is that it was perfectly quiet!

Sit by the fireplace, while enjoying modern heating, insulation, sanitation, broadband internet and satellite television. You will appreciate the cosiness of your single or double cabins. The breakfast was the highlight of my entire trip. Love the concept and lakeside situation of the pension. A cheerful place with personality.

The room we got for 4 people was basically an apartment, very picturesque, spotless, and a porch outside. You can park the car inside. It’s on walking distance from a cultural center, park, restaurants. If you want to stay in a quiet place, outside the city, where you can have a walk, sit outside, enjoy a quiet evening , this is it. Excellent with children! Real good value for money.
