This modern and newly renovated hotel is family-run and located in a tranquil and idyllic setting just north of the Sanssouci palace and gardens in Potsdam, within easy reach of cultural highlights and local lakes. Fantastic spot in a very green area yet close to the centre, very quiet and well equipped.

The units come with a flat-screen TV with streaming services, toaster, a coffee machine, a shower, bathrobes and a desk. With a private bathroom equipped with a hair dryer, units at the guest house also provide guests with free WiFi, while some rooms come with a balcony. Additional in-room amenities include wine or champagne, fruits and chocolates or cookies. This accommodation was located in a very nice and quiet area. Within walking distance, you were at the lake. We stayed here three nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was perfect. It had everything that you needed. We enjoyed the balcony and had breakfast every morning outside. The bed was very comfortable. Everything in the room was of high quality. Bärbel, our host was very Friendly and always asking if we needed anything.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Great value for money and an ideal location close to the centre (shops, sights, bars, restaurants,..). Very tasty breakfast and very friendly staff.

The Schiffspension Luise is on a renovated boat which was originally built in 1907. It combines its proud past with all present-day comforts. Sit by the fireplace, while enjoying modern heating, insulation, sanitation, broadband internet and satellite television. You will appreciate the cosiness of your single or double cabins. The breakfast was the highlight of my entire trip. Love the concept and lakeside situation of the pension. A cheerful place with personality.

You can also rent a rowing boat, book a catamaran tour, or enjoy cheerful barbecues in the garden. This don’t really write reviews but the accomodation was exceptional, it was more than just a stay it was a trip into history. The decor of this place makes you feel like you’re in a museum. The breakfast was also very good. I’d definitely stay again here.
