The Baixo a Lua is a very cozy place and you feel welcome immediately. The host was very kind and offered a cold bottle of water right when I checked in on a very hot day. The room was very clean, air-conditioned and the place has quite new washing machines that I used to wash my clothes. The Baixo a Lua is ideally located very near the city center and it is a quiet place. Supermarkets are in walking distance.

Modesta is the kindest host. I regret not giving her a hug in our rush to leave for another stage of the Camino. The place is new, very clean and with great views. It was a bliss to stay here after the huge climbs of the day. The food is excellent - thanks Modesta you’re the best!

The location was excellent. There are supermarkets nearby but since we arrive on a sunday, it was closed. There are restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the church and the camino marker.. The owner who checked us in was very pleasant and accommodating.
