The building is a huge, very old structure with thick walls. It’s in a charming, remote area with lots of green plants growing around it. The thick walls keep it cool inside, even when it’s hot outside, without needing air conditioning. STAFF: Diane welcomed us warmly and helped with all our requests. Her children are charming and invited us to join them in milking the goats. They have some goats, chickens, and a very cute little cat. FACILITIES: The decor is minimalist but high-quality and cozy. BREAKFAST: It was perfect. Handmade bread, confiture, and honey were served in ceramic containers. There were no plastic packages or factory-made sticky sweets. NOTE: There is no option for dinner on-site, but a supermarket is a 10-minute drive away.

This charming building and the lovely rooms (just 2!) are managed by the kindest souls on booking - Loïc and Fabienne. Enjoy oysters and great vines next to the pool or in the colorful backyard - it’s just a vibe. Cyclists will stop there and you will end in nice conversations. We really recommend the secret menu of the chef.

Very helpful and friendly owners, who made us feel at home right away. The hotel has a boutique vibe that spoke to us. We absolutely loved the Spa (especially the Jacuzzi and tea area.). Breakfast was brilliant with home made banana cake and freshly baked pancakes. We loved it here and would definitely recommend.

We really liked the overall esthetic, cleanliness and the quietness/calmness they try to keep as a standard in the house. Even though we checked in a bit late in the evening, Jonathan and Isabelle were very understanding and took the time to offer us something to drink and welcomed us in the garden. Breakfast was carefully prepared, all with good products (and some from the garden), I can tell. In addition, we had an amazing view of the fullmoon in our room that one night we stayed in this special place. If we are ever in the area, we’ll come back.
