You have a choice of sweet or savory breakfasts, whichever your preference, that she delivers it to your room. Her originality even extends to the presentation: jam served in egg cups and sugar cubes in a small Bonne Maman jar. ❤️ It is beyond sweet. Frankly, this is one of the most original and charming places I’ve ever stayed in. Lydie is amazing also. I can’t say enough about her understanding and flexibility. I messed up our reserved days and she completely went with the flow. Mind you, Lydie only speaks French, so if your French isn’t conversational, you will probably need a translator app.

Gerard a fastastic host even our language balance was not a problem at all. He made a nice french breakfast every morning,with tasty local jams also coffee and tea were available for free anytime with a minikitchen. He'd responded my messages immediately. Also give me some advice about the local interestings and historical sightseeing. With public transport everything close, easy access to public transport.

The location was really nice - the garden bordered on the vineyards, there was a small swimming pool in the garden surrounded by decking (ideal to cool off after a whole day driving), there was a communal table shared with the other guests and the hosts around food or if you had not reserved for dinner for the breakfast and chats with a glass of wine or whichever. The hosts were absolutely charming, they put some bottles in the fridge for us and we absolutely loved sitting around the table in the evening with them and the other guests. We also loved all the little decorations the hosts put in the room, the garden, having the possibility of a shared game room or somewhere outside the bedroom where you could sit on a table.
