The staff were fantastic: friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. There are two bathrooms, which was totally enough — no morning lines or hallway crowding. Free laundry was a huge bonus, especially when your clothes start smelling like “adventure.” There’s also a cozy common room — a great place to eat, work, or just chill. The location is right in the city center. Everything you need is within walking distance — shops, cafes, and attractions. Important for drivers: I came by car, and access to the courtyard is through a barrier gate. Be sure to let them know in advance that you’re driving so they can open it for you. I didn’t, and had to improvise a bit 😄 P.S. The administrator is a legend — super chill, always smiling, and really helpful. And major respect to the owner — it’s awesome to have a place like this in Batumi, with good vibes and great people. Thanks for the warm and welcoming atmosphere!

One of the best, rooms bit small but super clean, bed mattress very comfortable, water pressure and temp is super, the hosts Saso and Shushana are very nice and freindly 🌹. and special thanks to their son (Rudi) he speaks english very well and helped us with every thing during our stay. A good resturant (Riviera) is 7 min walking and they serve very delicious food. near by beach (~15 min's) walking. Downtown/ boulevard is (~35 mins) walking. Over all this guest house is totally recomended 👍.

We really enjoyed our stay in French Hotel. Everything was perfect, the room was very fresh, clean, comfortable beds and pillows, a very nice balcony. The staff was very helpful. The location is perfect, very calm, no noise, very near to the beach. We highly recommend this place.

The guest house features an outdoor fireplace and a 24-hour front desk. The highlight of our stay was the incredible dinner prepared by the hostess, Khathuna. It was absolutely unforgettable — a true culinary experience that easily surpassed any restaurant meal we had in Batumi. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we felt completely at home.
