I booked a room for me and mom. The rooms were really neat and smelled so good! The toilets were clean - there was hot running water, toilet paper, and soap. The kitchen is common for all, and is rarely used by everyone and well maintained. The owner of the property, Ms Marita, I believe, was so accommodating. She didn’t speak English but was super patient with us, kind, and I would love to see her again. Overall I didn’t feel like checking out from the property at all.

Beautiful garden and Sea view.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place during our holiday, and we can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room was immaculate, with every detail taken care of to ensure a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the room, which we enjoyed every morning. The beautiful balcony was the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and we look forward to returning in the future!

Located within less than 1 km of Batumi Beach and a 7-minute walk of Ali and Nino Monument in Batumi, Cozy Guest House in Old Batumi offers accommodation with seating area. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house provides mountain views, a terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Clean, big room in a great location. The family who runs the guesthouse was super friendly, even gave us a few pieces of homemade Khachapuri. The shared bathroom was clean and we ended up having it to ourselves. It was a little hard to find because of the construction, but the host sent us pictures and it all worked out. Would return next time I’m in Batumi

It is close to the beach.

A range of activities are offered in the area, such as snorkelling, fishing and cycling. Batumi International Airport is 12 km away while Batumi city centre is 15 km from Guesthouse on Ioane Lazis 1 Ally. The view from the hotel is spectacular! I think this hotel has some of the best views in the whole of Kvariati! The couple who run the hotel are very friendly and kind people. The restaurant offers an amazing range of food that is delicious. The rooms are clean and modern and offer beautiful views from the balcony. I hope I can come back to this beautiful place again!
