The best host! They help us with all our arrangements through out and welcomed us with their homemade wine and cognac (we bought some home ofc). Also we asked to add extra breakfast last minute and to have it a bit earlier than normal Georgian time but they were very ready and enthusiastic. (They even wake us up for breakfast btw which is so motherly we loved it so much 🥰) We couldn’t felt more at home here.

Host family was excellent. some of family could speak English and it is always fun to talk to local people. I could enjoy local family breakfast. Of course it is not hotel buffet breakfast but it is important to experience good local breakfast and I could hear sounds of burds enjoy view of mountain even through neighboring houses. Furthermore on top of Stalin museum and Uplistsikhe Gory has other good tourist spots such as fortress with very good view, Javri church and Atene-Sione valley.

Quite location absence of noises. We arrived by car late at night, extremely tired on our way to Tbilisi, and decided to stop and rest. We stumbled upon this place by chance — breakfast was included, and there was free parking. Despite the late hour, the host Anna personally welcomed us. Instead of one room, she kindly gave us two for the price of one!!! We were even treated to some wine, and she didn’t charge us anything. In the morning, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very polite. For the price, this is a great option if you're traveling by car. The area is quiet and peaceful, with fresh air — we slept without air conditioning and with the window open. Surprisingly, it was very calm and silent at night. Very nice guesthouse. We were here big group, has very nice rooms and owner gave us nice wine tasting of his homemade wine. Also some cognac. Guesthouse is big, suitable for bigger groups. We will come back in the future.

The apartment we reserved was really spacious and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. We had a hairdryer, big tv, fridge, even washing machine. Water was amazing hot and AC worked as it should. When we arrived, host wasn't at the property, but it was some lovely lady waiting for us. She didn't speak English, but she showed us around and try to make a nice conversation (my Russian is not so good as used to). We asked for early breakfast and that was a real treat! Everything was prepared on time and beautifully served in the dining space. And of course delicious! We would like to send our hugs to Barbara!

Very nice couple, they speak English and makes you feel like you are home. We spent our first night here and we csn only say nice things. We got a bottle of local wine as a gift and that bittle was one of the nicest we had in Georgia. Lovely people, lovely place, food and wine.

Lia is an excellent hostess, she was so kind and helpful, I really enjoyed my stay at Nitsa Guest house. Great location close to the main attractions.
