The kindness of our hosts Anna and Artemis is beyond compare. The hotel is charming, clean with a lovely view of the beach and a nice swimming pool. When our taxi to the airport at 4am didn't arrive, Artemis took us to the airport himself, which I don't think a lot of people would do. We really appreciated this :)

Excellent room, professional responses to all of my inquiries, spacious shower room (especially enjoyed this), nice balcony, awesome daily cleaning service, great heating and hot water, nice location at a walking distance from downtown and the hub of local bus terminal (most important). I highly recommend this hotel for the best value for the price.

Excellent Location in the city, a few minutes walk from pretty much everything, the extremely attentive and helpful staff, the room was modern and well equipped with a fridge, Nespresso coffee maker and lovely snacks, bathroom is amazing with a great shower, ironing board and iron and a nice balcony. Near to the airport, comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had whatever needed. Free parking on the street. Markopoulo has cute places to eat and it’s a small place so you can walk to the centre of the village and back.

The property is beautifully renovated. Very clean, very comfortable, very central. Staff were very helpful and super friendly. My stay was very enjoyable- I was very impressed how beautiful casa de potie was.. Very nice to be equipped with a small coffee machine - pods and capsules included. Fresh clean towels daily along with a large bottle of water. If I ever came back to Chania I would definitely book this accommodation again. I would recommend it - 100%.
