The owner was very helpful. Drove us to the airport at 4am for free. Bed was very comfortable, and the hot water shower was the best I had in my travels through guatemala. Clean and quiet. Highly recommend.

Everything. This was an absolute gem and great value. Everything was incredibly clean and functioned. There were nice kitchens and common areas available for use with filtered water for drinking. Also, my room was very quiet and they even provided a fan as it could get a little warm in the afternoon. Oakland mall and estacion are both within nice, safe walking distance.
