The whole experience was amazing, we did not expect this extraordinary hospitality. Generally when we travel to Europe individuals whether they employees or owners tend to be quite formal and rigid in their services. This was not the case in Wagner Villa Edet was absolutely atentive and helpful to all our needs. Reka was super in coordinating any extra requests. Both ladies wer absolutely genuine in providing service and hospitality above and beyond. The room was spotless adn so comfortable . The whole villa was relaxing and inviting. During our stay we had a full house still we did not feel invasion of privacy or noise or any disruptions at all. The location is adequate around 15 minutes away from the downtown area bus service is available quite close by.

We found a very pleasant environment, the room and bathroom are really clean, cozy and lovely home, and it is also very secure to enter the building. The host gave us a bottle of wine, thank you Budapest

This pet-friendly HOUSE is 20 minutes by car from Budapest: an excellent compromise if you are travelling with your pet. You will have an ENTIRE house at your disposal! Entrance, kitchen, bathroom, huge living room and bedroom with king size bed - huge - , but the real plus is a BIG Garden, I would say at least 150/200 squared metres, totally fenced, super safe also for big dogs - like ours. The house is cozy and well equipped, with everything you could need. There is also a little porch/patio which is very nice to enjoy a relaxing evening. You can't possibly ask for more! The host is super friendly and will help you find whatever you need. Special!

Professional staff who speak English. Very new and clean interior. Super close to the nearby train and bus station, which was important to me. Down the road are a small market area with stalls and a supermarket.

The place is looking exactly as the photo and it was super clean and comfy, positively inspired . I like the security level as the doors are really heavy duty and well equipped with inside lock for the guest safety

Good price for bed and breakfast, great location for a city stroll. But nothing more. Host was friendly but lackluster. We were able to leave suitcases there for a few hours on the day of departure.

We have a pleasure to spend 3 days in Budapest Citi Guesthouse. The room was really cosy and clean, bed was very comfortable. We had our private bathroom and a small wardrobe in the room. The location of the hotel is great. We have not used any public transportation (except the oldest metro line), because the distance from our accommodation to the old town was around 20-25 minutes walk by the charming Budapest streets. The hosts were very nice and easily reachable via phone :)

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The guest house is a big apartment with plenty of rooms, and it's always very quiet, well taken care of and safe. The host is very kind and always around or available via phone. Great location near Nyugati Station. Payment is in cash, and it can be done in euros or forints.

The location is superb, situated directly in the heart of the city, making everything just a short walk away. Mr. Eitan proves to be extremely accommodating; his guest house is impeccably clean, meticulously maintained, and brimming with amenities. It even offers a communal kitchen area. The building, while aged, exudes an enchanting aristocratic charm that transports you to the 1900s. For those seeking an economical and tidy budget accommodation, I wholeheartedly endorse Eitan's guest house. It's a truly exceptional place to stay.

The guest house was really charming and close to the river and centre of town which was within walking distance. Secure free parking was available to us. There was a really nice restaurant 4mins walking distance away. It was 6mins walking from both a gas station/grocery store.
