Die Unterkunft Toba Boi bietet Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten in Tuk Tuk. This was for sure the best place I stayed in tuk tuk! The hosts were definitely the best part, so kind and helpful. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. I had a fan, toilet paper, towel, free water refills and hot water in the shower which is rare here! It is in a quieter area but not far from delicious food. There is no direct lake access but you can access the lake from any restaurant if you order some food and ask permission :)

I loved the small cottage right next to the lake and the balcony to relax on. The bed was very comfortable with warm duvet. There was a fan but I didn't need it as the the weather was just nice. I loved the shower's very good water pressure and warm water. Some more there was a warm welcome as soon as I got off the ferry and the helpful staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay right up until I stepped back on the ferry. Loved the breakfast so much! Very tasty, filling and healthy.

Three lovely sisters run the homestay and have a restaurant on the other side of the road. The food is amazing, you have to try! They even showed us how to do it so we could learn about indonesian cuisine. Originally we wanted to stay for 2 nights, but ended up extending to 5 nights. They have traditional Batak houses which is a great experience. The accomondation has enough space in the garden to relax and has a great view on the lake.

Scooter available on site. Property can also arrange transport out of Lake Toba to various destinations. Staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Clean room is huge with comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom is big. Room has shelving racks and seating area (both indoors and outdoors). Sufficient power socket available on both sides of the bed.

The food in their restaurant is great, I honestly recommend this place.
