Great view from the room and from the terrace, fresh air. Located between Malang and Bromo, so it is very convenient to go from the ecolodge to the Bromo tour. Scooters can be only rented on Malang, better to take minumun 120cc if you want to travel around, for example, to Sewu waterfall. Gojek works, but in the evening there maybe problems to get one, get a car in advance or ask the owner. The owners btw are very very cool and helpful! Thank you for helping us out!!!! It’s a perfect retreat from Jakarta, located close to the Tegalluar fast train station. The entire journey from Jakarta, including the taxi to the hotel, takes less than two hours. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean, and the swimming pool offers a stunning view over Bandung. Plus, there are some lovely cats and dogs around! We’ll definitely be coming back, and we strongly recommend this place.

We were very lucky that Kawah Ijen reopened the day of our stay and I first heard the confirmation from Annie. The location is already near from the port so if you will be going to Bali after staying at Bayuwanggi this is a good option. The hostel also arranged the Ijen tour for us. We will surely stay here again if ever we comeback.

The owner is very nice and helpful, he cooked for us an amazing breakfast. Was so yummy that we order another breakfast 🤓 Everything is clean and smell good. There is not hot shower but the water is not so cold. I recommend.
