At the guest house, all units are allergy-free. The room was very clean and spacious. The homestay is in the middle of Rice fields, so you get to hear frogs and geckos in the evening, which we loved. We didn't have any problem with bugs in the rooms given we were in the middle of fields. The bathroom was very clean as well as the room and nice and new bed sheets. The staff was attentive and welcoming. Lena, from reception, was extremely helpful during our stay. Always attentive to anything we needed and answering any questions. The breakfast was delicious and the amounts were generous. The first night we decided to have dinner there which was a traditional Indonesian dinner. Very good and fresh. All the meals are served on the lovely covered terrace. Lena coordinated a driver for us to explore other nearby areas, including our drive back to Yogyakarta after visiting Merapi Volcano. Our driver, Nur, was more of a tour guide. Extremely generous with his time, spoke English and drove us around many interesting places including picking fruit, Rambutan, from his family property. It was a true pleasure to share time with lovely people at a great place.
