The property features mountain and garden views, and is 1.2 km from Doolin Cave. The guest house has family rooms. The owner Martin is so friendly and so is his family. The room was large, spotless clean, all looked new, just lovely.

Each morning a traditional cooked and continental breakfast is served in the dining room, which has ocean views. The centre of Doolin is 10 minutes’ walk away and has several restaurants serving freshly caught fish.

Doolin Pier is 5 minutes’ walk from the guesthouse and has regular ferries to the Aran Islands. Stunning countryside surrounds the Atlantic View, including the famous Burren area. Everything was excellent, very nice hosts, breathtaking position and view from the room, service and breakfast. We highly recommend and would definitely go back there.

At the guest house, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. This was SUCH a great place to stay just outside of the Cliffs of Moher. I knew I wanted to avoid the crowds and hike from Doolin to Hags Head in the early hours of the morning and this was the PERFECT place to do it from. Doolin is quiet in the evenings and there is an excellent pub just down the way (5 min or less) from the lodge. Host was helpful but leaves you to yourself and amenities were excellent. Breakfast space was helpful for coffee early am. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and fully plan to for easy access to Aran Islands, which I didn't get to this time.

The property has mountain and lake views, and is 2.8 km from Doolin Cave. The guest house features family rooms. I was HIGHLY impressed with my room, view and location. In fact, we asked if we could stay longer, but they were booked! Darn! The bathroom was HUGE, and I loved that the shower door completely covered...not those stupid half doors that get the floor all wet. Everything was decorated so beautifully and many personal touches like snacks, water etc in the room. They even had washcloths...lol...which is not common in Ireland. I will stay there again!!!

Fairwinds Guest Accommodation is situated in the centre of Doolin village, just few minutes walk away from two of Doolin's traditional Irish music pubs. The accommodation offers free WiFi and free onsite parking.

All rooms at the guest house have en-suite facilities and feature a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The location was good, a short walk to pubs and restaurants. The host was very helpful; the rooms were very clean, sunny and well maintained.

Jacquie greeted us outside of the regular check-in times and was super welcoming and gave great recommendations of things to do in the area. We are fans of sustainability and really like that The Pipers Rest e.g. tries to minimize food waste and hands out oder forms for breakfast the night before. We were really happy to also see vegetarian options on the menu! The food was very tasty, as well. (Just a suggestion for the future: eliminate the paper forms and maybe implement a QR code-based ordering system to make it even more sustainable). The room was great and had very comfy beds. Plus, the location is perfect - our main goal was to see The Cliffs of Moher. We wish we stayed a little bit longer to soak in everything Doolin has to offer!!! :)
