Our hosts are present on the property always ready to help you with anything. E.g : we were looking for dinner and they made proposals and managed the delivery, we were looking for good places to visit and they made tuned recommandations for our group (we have a 6 year boy), we were looking to wash some of out cloths and they helped us with it.... and always with a BIG BIG SMILE ! Our stay at "Royal Eden Mahal" truly lived up to its name. From the moment we booked, everything felt smooth, warm, and genuinely royal. The host stayed in touch throughout, patiently answering every query over calls and WhatsApp and sharing clear directions. The photos matched the villa perfectly — neat, elegant, and welcoming both outside and inside. Located in a peaceful residential area of Velachery, the 4BHK villa had a calm, homely ambience. Check-in was handled by Mr. Kumaravel, whose kindness and professionalism stood out right away. I had planned a surprise birthday for my husband, and this is where Royal Eden Mahal made our experience unforgettable. The host and the caretaker helped me plan everything with so much patience that I felt completely supported. They received my couriered gifts in advance and decorated the mini-theatre beautifully for a minimal cost. At midnight, when I took my husband in to play a special video, the caretaker stayed awake till 1 AM to make sure the celebration went perfectly. Our allotted room was spacious with two double beds, spotless linens, and a clean, well-maintained bathroom. Despite other rooms being occupied, the entire villa was quiet and private. We had access to parking, a common kitchen, fridge, gym, and terrace. Checkout was smooth even though we left early morning. Royal Eden Mahal has now become our go-to place for future get-togethers. With reasonable pricing and hospitality that truly feels royal, this place is a gem I would wholeheartedly recommend.
