It was very clean and tidy equipped with a fridge and air con. Every morning they provided ingredients for a light breakfast, wide selection of coffees. The host and his wife were very kind and helpful. The beach is 5-10 mins away on foot. Its an exceptional accomodation

Wonderful location, quiet surroundings and a clean and comfortable oasis to return to after 3 busy days in Venice, Stefania was the most perfect host and willingly assisted us with a lost property issue. The location is really great: next to the beach (even out of season, it's very pleasant to walk around and watch the sunset) and a few minutes away from the city center. The breakfast is very good and has everything you need. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I recommend.
