There’s an elevator to the upper floors. Finding it is easier by the house number, as the entrance looks like a regular apartment doorway and the sign is quite small. The hotel offers a light breakfast nearby and includes a small savory sandwich, a sweet pastry, coffee, and juice. It’s simple but a nice option. It was more than enough for us. Rooms are well-equipped with slippers, shower gel, shampoo, tea, and coffee. There are also soft drinks in the fridge for an additional charge. The hotel provides excellent extra services such as guided tours and help with booking tickets to Florence’s museums. We didn’t have time for the tours, but we bought Accademia tickets through them and paid directly at the hotel – very convenient. This is amazing service, we were delighted to have these options available. Thank you! Great value for money overall. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. If we come back to Florence, we’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The location was amazing. Only 5 minutes to the train station. 2 mins to the duomo. Stunning views and slightly tucked away from the crowds, so not noisy at all. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Couldn't be better. It's worth the money. Beds were comfy and had a spacious room.

This charming property occupies the first, second and third floors of an elegant building dating back to the 19th century (without elevator). The location is top! Right next to the dome. Also, the communication with the host was perfect. Definitely recommend it!

Situated in Florence, the recently renovated Florentia Boutique features accommodation 2.2 km from Santa Maria Novella and 2.6 km from Strozzi Palace. It is located 1.5 km from Fortezza da Basso - Convention Center and provides free WiFi plus a lift. The guest house features family rooms. Great place! Tram station right across the road, less than 10 minutes to city centre. Room and bathroom were really nice. Smart TV in room, mini fridge in room. Lovely hosts. There was a bit of an issue with the shower leaking, but if we run the shower at half pressure then it was fine.
