It was also the only place we stayed in Italy that actually had AC (other 2 places claimed to have it, but didn't). I loved the tub in the room, and that they had a smart tv to watch Netflix in the evenings when we were relaxing. They also had a cleaning service come in every day.

Even though it was not a hotel with 24h reception, the staff was always reachable by WhatsApp, and was very helpful every time we needed it.

She guided me on where to take him and even allowed me to stay longer after checkout to make things easier for 🙏🏻us. Her kindness and willingness to help made all the difference, and I am forever grateful. Right in the heart of Florence, Pier Capponi 17 Rooms & Suites features rooms with free WiFi. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house has family rooms. very modern, spacious, and clean apartment. Good location walking distance from city centre. Staff were friendly, check-in process was easy. Enjoyed the patio as well. Definitely recommend!
