Everything was a perfect. The location was good, the room was clean, the facilities were good, and the view from the terrace was wonderful. Also most importantly, the host was a wonderful person. He shared a lot of information about Laspezia for us and was willing to help us whenever we needed it. I will definitely stay at this hotel if I visit Laspezia again next time.

The apartment was very comfortable and super clean. It’s very close to the station, but you can reach the city center in just a few minutes with bars and restaurants. The trains are a bit loud, but that’s the price of being so close to the station—and they provide earplugs for sleeping. I would definitely recommend staying here!

First we were curious because the apartment didn’t have any ratings but the apartment was a 10/10. The location was perfect, it’s directly next to the Main shopping street in La Spezia (but still very quiet) and just 5min walking to the train station if you want to see cinque terre. Everything was cleaner than in any other AirBnB or Hotel I’ve ever been. The host are also very polite and answer the messages very quick. The self check in went smooth too. I really don’t have anything bad to say about our stay and would always come back!

I like everything about this place. . She was lovely(forget about her name) She help us very much as we have kids. Can't thank enough for her help. Whenever I will be back here 5 terre I will definitely back here and even my family and friends who coming to visit 5 terre they will definitely come here as well.Highly recommend for people's who looking nice, clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay and this place was close to train station as well. Place have AC rooms which i really loved in this hot weather. Overall everything was brilliant. Thanks again to her 🙏
