It's been a month since I stayed at this location but hadn't found time to write this review. What can I say .... 100%+++ recommended! From the host, to the room ... very nicely decorated and comfy. We arrived late afternoon at Catania Airport and due to missing the bus to Taormina, thus having to wait an hour and heavy traffic on the way, we arrived a few hours later then planned. But Nando, the host patiently waited for us at the bus terminal in Taormina and drove us to the B&B. The B&B only has 2 rooms in a quiet residential alley, 5 min walk from Porta Catania. The silence and peacefullness in the room is something I'm missing the most. Beautifully decorated, comfy bed and a large shower room ... simple breakfast in the morning, in the room, therefore no need to hurry up. Ah ... and we were also gifted a bottle of Spumante on arrival, nice gesture. I definitely recommend this B&B and you won't be disappointed. As for the host, Nando, we hope to see you again soon. [By the way, he again drove us back to the bus terminal when we were leaving ... at no extra cost]

Outstanding family style Bed and Breakfast, just 4 rooms, very modern and in excellent condition - way better than expected. The communal kitchen is well equipped, clean and the free coffee/tea is a huge plus. Drinks in the fridge for very reasonable prices, and you got your own mini fridge in the room. Washing machine and all necessary amenities, you can even borrow beach umbrellas and a cooler for drinks for beach excursions. The highlight is the terrace for chilling with a sea view. Great starting point for going to Taormina, but be advised you need to walk 10 minutes to buy tickets at a specific tabacceria and kinda hope for the public bus to come and pick you up :) but then its just like a 10 min drive. All in all, highly recommend!

Our host IIayma is super responsive, we’ve got everything we need (especially the parking reservation, which is so scarce in central Taormina) and the location of the guest house is just perfect, we can literally go anywhere on foot 😇😇😇

A beautiful accommodation in the middle of a large citrus plantation. It is not so far from the sea and there is a fantastic view of Mount Etna. Davide, the host, speaks fluently German and is very polite. He gave us useful tips for tourist attractions in the surrounding area. The breakfast was very good. The apartment was very large. It is very suitable for families. This accommodation is at the top of our top list and we will definitely stay there on our next travel in Sicily.

Hotel "La Pensione Svizzera" is a classic, small and charming hotel. Owned by the Vinciguerra family since 1925, it is located on one of the most beautiful, panoramic roads of Taormina.
