Brilliant location in Piazza Santo Spirito with markets, bars, restaurants, etc on its doorstep. The room was lovely and the beds were comfortable with great pillows. The highlight was the bathroom - great shower, jacuzzi bath and just beautifully decorated with a chandelier! It was very charming! Despite being the weekend the room was silent (it was on the third floor with a lift)

Booked this room for a transit, in order to get to the airport quickly in the early morning. It was great! The room had everything we needed, it was clean and arranged nicely. The fact that you can walk to the airport (8 minutes!) is just unbelievable.

The owner was very kind, he answered all of our questions at any time by WhatsApp, he ordered a taxi for us whenever we wanted. The location is near a pretty park that was nice to walk by, and 20 minutes walk (if you are slow) from the Main Street with all the shops, which is very convenient and nice. The place itself is big, has a shared kitchen where you may cook to yourself, that also includes coffee and biscuits as you may like. We were 4 people and got a room with a balcony, big clean and pretty shower, comfortable beds, a body mirror, table and air conditioning.

20/10, this was just such a nice place with awesome view of Montepulciano old town and vineyards, with cozy lounge area to have a drink (if you bring it) and super comfortable room. Fee parking was just an extra perk.

Everything was excellent! The apartment was really good - neat, clean, bright, and interesting style. Our travel team took 2 rooms out of 3 in the apartment, and both rooms were really nice and each with a private clean and well equiped bathroom. And to have an opportunity to use shared kitchen and have that space for breakdast was very convenient. The host was super nice and thoughtful! Adding up to all above, it's an amazing idea to provide the list of local attractions and suggestions on what to visit and where to go! 👍🏼 The location is good and convenient, there is no trouble parking for free, and the city centre and everything else is in walking distance. And for an easy breakfast, backery with fresh bread and pastries is really close.
