Even though it's a 30 min walk to the station, it's a really historical area and you will enjoy walking around. I highly recommend it!.

We only stayed one day, I wished we had stayed at least one more. The staff was very kind and agreed to store our luggage on check-out day so that we could go to Geibikei gorge hassle-free. Geibikei is an easy 15-minute stroll from the guest house.

She was very thorough with showing the amenities and helpful with making sure we didn't leave anything behind.. i felt like I was at my grandparents home <3 I also loved that they had books you could borrow, a family bath style onsen inside that you can lock for privacy and it came with shampoo, conditioner and body wash for the shower. Everybody in my group really loved this place and hope to come back soon!
