The location is also great, you can go directly from Narita to Nippori station, it is only 10-15 mins walk to the hotel. Also you can go to main Tokyo attractions via Yamanote line which passes through Nippori. We also loved the recommended Higurashi Bakery which is very close to the hotel.

It was my first time in Kusatsu and I am really happy that I chose the Buna Hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean. I love its modern side while still keeping a very traditional Japanese atmosphere. The place is beautiful, very quiet, and the welcome was so polite. I will recommend this hotel to my friends in France, and I truly hope to come back to Kusatsu one day. Arigatō gozaimasu! 🙏✨

We loved both Hiro and his number one employee, Marie-chan Hiro's Shih-tzu! Hiro was very nice and accommodating. He drove us to and from the station, helped set up the bath, and even helped us reserve a place at the nearby reservation only Izakaya. He was always smiling and was very charming and happy to talk with us. The best thing about the place, as far as I'm concerned, is Hiro's special assistant Marie-chan! She was both adorable and cuddly and very very affectionate! She made every car ride a joyful experience 🥰
