The rooms will provide guests with a fridge. The guest house was.lovely, well organized, and very clean. I had a single room with shared bath. The room was basic, but very comfortable and clean. I would stay here again . It is easy to get to from the train station. Goggle makes it harder than it really is.

Quiet, nice area, beautiful layout of kitchen, dining and lounge areas, great for connecting with other ohenros, so well-outfitted, nice rooms, bath, attractive, well-organized and comfortable, near major supermarket.

Set in Ino, 28 km from Odo Dam Museum, そらやまゲストハウス Sorayama guesthouse offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. This 2-star hotel offers a shared kitchen, room service and free WiFi. The hotel provides a hot tub and luggage storage space. Amazing hosts that gave us great tips where to eat, what to visit, etc. They really took care of us! The room is great, especially if you have a view on the river. They also have a nice communal room and terrace where you can BBQ or meet other travellers. The convenience store is right next door :) There is also an onsen closeby (walking distance). Other sightseeing is best done by car. It is amazing to swim in the river next to the guesthouse, super clear water and they created a nice little beach.

Guests at the guest house can make the most of yoga classes offered on-site. The area is popular for cycling and hiking, and bike hire is available at Guesthouse boro-ya. Outdoor play equipment is also available for guests at the accommodation. The location was absolutely magical as we had the chance of a perfect weather. The house is wide and the terrace view is stunning. Hiking was our favourite activity but it is also possible to go in the hotels not so far away by car and have a moment in an Onsen.

Situated in Konan in the Kochi region, Guesthouse Suisennosato features a garden. The property is non-smoking and is located 18 km from Kōchi Station. We rented a car at Kochi Ryoma Airport. The guesthouse was conveniently located near the airport and the freeway, making it easy to access our destination, Dogo Onsen. Initially, I was concerned about parking, but the guesthouse was on a wide road, which is important to know when renting a car in Japan. It was simple to maneuver in and out of the parking spaces located behind the house. The guesthouse was in the town of Noichi, where we enjoyed delicious meals at nearby restaurants. Additionally, its central location between my two other destinations, Kochi-shi and Aki-shi, meant that I didn't have to drive a lot in one day. Our host, Kyoko-san, was incredibly friendly and kind. Since it was the off-season, she gave the three of us two rooms, which allowed for a comfortable stay. I slept well during our time there. Unfortunately, I lost a hubcap from the rental car—it's a long story. On our departure morning, Kyoko-san went out of her way to prepare breakfast for my son and me. After saying our goodbyes, Kyoko-san called to inform us that my son had left his passport and charger behind. She kindly brought them all the way to the airport for us. Overall, I felt that the guesthouse was truly a home away from home.

The mountain road leading to it is only a few minutes, and then you are transported to a beautiful sanctuary. The owner is extremely friendly, and he has thought about every detail to make your stay comfortable. The place is much more beautiful and well kept than the picture. There are great restaurants and an onsen near by. The owner has a rafting tour company and he will take you on an unforgettable experience in the beautiful nyodo river.

All units have bed linen. So much care and love put into this guest house. Rooms, facilities and hosts were all amazing. We have been road tripping through Japan and staying at a lot of hostels and guesthouses and this one definitely was our favourite. Would 100% recommend!
