Everything was spotless, which is always my top priority. We arrived about an hour and a half before check-in, and the staff kindly let us know our room was already ready. They allowed us to check in early at no extra charge, which made a huge difference for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return! :)

The guest house features family rooms. We had an exceptional stay at this wonderful property! The location was perfect - nestled in a quiet and clean area, yet just a short walk from the shopping district. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to assist us with any needs or queries. The property itself was immaculately maintained, with tidy surroundings and daily towel changes and rubbish collection. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and can't thank our hosts enough for their warm hospitality. We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

I travel a lot and hqve been to serevel places, but here I found most gentle and helpful host I ever met. Location was beyond perfection, a few steps from the Pagoda street everyone want to take a picture at.

It was such a special experience, it felt authentic and personal. We loved the incredible breakfasts, and the notes with tea and snacks when we returned at the end of the day. It was so warm and cosy, and so lovely to be able to look at a pretty garden in the middle of a busy city. The location was great too - there is so much within walking distance.

The hosts were so nice, and made tea and snacks for our arrival. They were super helpful with recommondations for what we could see and where to eat during our stay in Kyoto. The appartment was very cozy and clean, and had a very comfortable bed. We could park our car right by the appartment. There were several restaurants, stores and sights near by. If we ever go back to Kyoto, this is were we are staying!

The hosts were so nice and made everything feel easy while we were there. We just needed one more night in Kyoto and this place was so much better than the first place we spent most of our time. The room was small, but just what we needed. There was good tea and when we realized we had missed printing a ticket that required a hard copy they printed it for us quickly and made sure we had it right away. I loved the breakfast here. It was a nice mix of things and they let us sit in the larger room since no one was staying in it when we were there. We will for sure try to make it back to this location when we make it out to Japan again!
