What a lovely place to stay! it is a private home that has been converted to a home stay however the manager was not onsite during the night and you did not feel like you were living in someone's pocket. Clean, warm and comfortable. our room was a traditional Japanese one. I was a bit wary about sleeping on the floor but the futons were thick and exceptionally comfortable with plenty of blankets. There is a private hot spring bath that is available for use which is lovely to soak in. staff were really nice and the breakfast was super delicious!

Breakfast set was freshly prepared. I especially loved the bread which was steaming hot and tasted perfect with the corn soup. The outlook of the hotel might look dated, but the interior is very well maintained and cleaned. Guestrooms are quite spacious.
