The house is right in front of Shela and Peponi hotel, just a short boat trip away. Would absolutely go back, and recommend it to everyone going to Lamu!

The room was really spacious, the bathroom too. The breakfast was good, Moses who was managing the place is very kind and helpful. It's very close to the pier and it was easy to reach.

At the guest house, every unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. One of the best places to stay in Lamu, with an amazing terrace in a spectacular house. There are a lot of good and not expensive restaurants around. The owner of the house did all to make it more than comfortable, arranged a pick up from the airport, gave me a free upgrade of the room, asked every day if I need or wish something, helped to find a amazing boat tour and enable to stay in the house a few hours longer. If you are looking for air conditioning and hot water, this is not the place but honestly I didn't need them during my staying. I advice this place for solo travellers. The place is very central. You find everything you need, from historical places to markets and restaurants. Joshua, the owner of the place is a very kind person, always available and committed to improve your staying.
