We received a lot of helpful Information on nearby activities, useful apps and how to make the best of our travel. We rented a scooter directly at the door steps for three days. This independent roaming was so much fun, we decided to stay longer at the Mabuhay Guesthouse. Ecologically the separation of waste material needs positive mentioning and the refilling of water bottles.

You can play billiards at the guest house. Very comfortable room. Host super super helpful. Breakfast available at a fair price and good too. I would absolutely come back.

And the room was very clean! - The location is very quiet so you'll have an amazing sleep. Having said that, it's only a 10-15min walk to the Durian roundabout / centre of town. It's even closer to a lovely pond and the southern part of the riverside, which had an amazing night market when I went there. - I liked it so much (as well as the Kampot area) that I extended my stay.

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. We had such a lovely stay here, the best in all of southeast asia (for us). The family who run Coco guesthouse made us feel so genuinely cared for. They took us on a great tour one day and helped us to organize transport to the islands- even ensuring that we had water bottles when we left! The food is also amazing and cheaper than in town. Staying across the bridge provided us with a more genuine experience to see how life for the locals in Kampot is, far more so than the expat filled centre. But don’t worry it’s only a few minutes walk across the bridge to reach the centre.

Continental and Full English/Irish breakfast options with warm dishes, local specialities and pancakes are available. At the guest house, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner, lunch and brunch and specialises in African cuisine. Really nice big and comfy bungalows in a nice garden with lot of trees and flowers. It's located a bit out of town but easy to get around with a motorbike (they rent some). Owners are really nice, friendly, helpful and accommodating

Situated within 2.2 km of Kampot Pagoda and 5 km of Kampot Train Station in Kampot, Fish Island Bungalows offers accommodation with seating area. This guest house features free private parking and a 24-hour front desk. The restaurant serves African and American cuisine, as well as Argentinian and Cambodian dishes. The bungalows are great and clean with a mosquito net for the bed. The true highlight of this place is Mr Leng who is an absolutely lovely guy with many stories to tell. If you stay here you must go with him on his free 2 hour tour around fish island where you will see the most beautiful sunset, salt fields ajd much much more. There are also bikes you can use for free and you are only a 20 minute walk to center of Kampot. Highly recommend spending a few nights here, you won’t regret it.

Great owner who is super friendly and helpful. The guesthouse is close to the city center, so you can reach a lot of shops by walking. I liked it a lot! The windows have mosquito nets, so no problems here. Laundry service was good and they helped me to organise a bus on departure.
