Johney also an amazing host, super helpful, offers scooters for rent, free snorkelling gear and kayaks. The hut itself was really nice, huge bed and it would cool down enough in the night with the fan to make comfortable sleeping experience. Only comment I would make is expect no luxury for toilet and shower facilities, its all part of the experience, and we found it very enjoyable but might not be everyones cup of tea.

It is set less than 1 km from M’Pai Bay Wild Beach and provides bicycle parking. It is possible for guests to sit outside and enjoy the property grounds. The owner was super friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I loved the location 200m up the road from the beach, close enough to be convenient to everywhere but far enough away to have a silent night's sleep. The restaurant directly across the road is probably the best in Mpay Bay too.

I highly recommend staying at Seashell when staying in M’pai Bay! The location is perfect, close to restaurants and the ferry. Short easy walk to the big beautiful beach near town. I loved that they organize activities each day like game night or bonfire on the beach to bring everyone together and socialize. Also recommend eating at the Cambodian Kitchen behind the hostel, bonus they’ll even deliver lunch or dinner to the hostel!

At the guest house, every unit includes a desk. Units have a shared bathroom and a walk-in shower, and some units at the guest house have a balcony. At the guest house, all units include bed linen and towels. Great value for the price, thanks for offering an affordable place in this paradise! Shared bathrooms were clean. Might be a bit louder in the late evening/early night but they provide good earplugs. Dumplings and sandwiches in the restaurant are great as well. Bed with mosquito net worked well. Good fan. I think staying on the upper level is better :)
