Everything is well thought of: the welcome, the privacy and interior of the cabanas, the beautiful garden with 2 pools. Breakfast is plenty! Good social aspect too, since they get the breakky and kayaks from local families who are lesser fortunate. If you’re looking for a beautiful, quiet place to chill out, this is definitely it!

Lovely hosts, great breakfast, the room was large and very clean, short walk to the beach and nice to cool off in the the brand new pool!

The property features sea and mountain views, and is 300 metres from Tangalle Beach. Free private parking is available and the guest house also provides bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. Location was great and the owner was super helpful with everything. The place was very calm and relaxing with just a minute walk to the beach. The room itself was also very clean with a big bathroom.

We booked the tour through the guesthouse. The room was perfect for a quick stay and the family was really nice and helped with everything. We also just got a juice after our safari from the host.

I was initially skeptical of the all 10 star reviews on here but man they surpassed all my expectations when I got there. Rooms are big and clean, I checked in quite late at night and the manager Dumee was there to help. The food was AMAZING, and catered very well to my vegan requests. Dumee took me around Rekawa beach and showed me the untouched beaches and the marsh land for birdwatching. The property is abundant with greenery and sitting outside on the balcony at breakfast with the sound of the birds and the rain was pure bliss. If I ever find myself in that area, this is the only place I will stay. Dumee is super experienced in hospitality and the service during my stay showed a lot. Thanks for everything!

At the guest house, every unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. The owner of the guesthouse is very warm-hearted and trustworthy. On the first day of our stay, he took us on a free bird-watching tour, and we also saw bats and crocodiles. He was very professional! He helped with everything, making us feel completely at ease. Since we only had half a day for the safari and returned early, he took us for an owl and bird-watching trip at noon. The safari driver arranged by our private driver wasn't very good, and we saw nothing on two trips. In the end, because we really wanted to see a leopard, we returned from Mirissa and joined the safari the next day. The driver the owner arranged was highly professional and shared a lot of expert knowledge with us. The owner even joined us, which really made us feel safe and reassured. Highly recommended!
