Das in Udawalawe gelegene NATURE HOUSE bietet Unterkünfte im Landhausstil mit kostenfreiem WLAN-Zugang in allen Bereichen. Everything! The property is immaculate and well designed. It was our best Guest house after 3 weeks in Sri Lanka. The staff are welcoming and engaging, the rooms were spotless and spacious with a comfortable bed. The restaurant buffet was fantastic and great value. It has a beautiful swimming pool and is indeed surrounded by nature with bush at your back door . It is in an excellent location. We could not fault this property. It really is a 10 out of 10 and we strongly recommend.

This is the most incredible family run hotel, I cannot praise it enough. Located just down the road from the National Park so it's the most perfect resting spot either before or after a Safari. You cannot really describe the tranquility and peaceful ambiance of this hotel, it is incredible! The rooms are immaculately clean, really comfortable and well presented. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful and were so kind and friendly to both us and our children. The hotel has a fantastic pool which is the perfect place to cool off in the afternoon. The food is some of the best that we have tasted whilst travelling Sri Lanka, completely delicious and freshly cooked dinner and breakfast. The value for money is excellent and you get the feel of high end at a really reasonable price. I'd say that this hotel is a must stay whilst visiting this area. We plan to return on our next trip. At first the jungle around seems a bit scary, but you r absolutely safe there! The family that has the place is very kind, they show us their beautiful garden. Welcome drinks and breakfast were so nice! Wish them a good luck with their business! Don’t miss this place!

Die Lage ist sehr schön, ruhig, Der Besitzer mit seiner Ehefrau und Baby sind wirklich super engagiert. Ich habe so hervorragendes leckeres Essen bekommen, sowohl zum Abend als auch zum Frühstück. Super lecker, gesund und lokal, frisch vom Feuer gekocht. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich, hat einen schönen Garten und ich finde, wer hier kein ordentliches Trinkgeld hinterlässt bei den Zimmerpreisen, der ist selber Schuld=). Grossartige Gastgeber, jung, super bemüht. Komme gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft Forest Edge Safari Villa verfügt über einen Garten sowie eine Terrasse und liegt in Udawalawe, 16 km von Udawalawe-Nationalpark entfernt. Very clean and spacious rooms! Perfect located in Udawalawe, close to restaurants and not far from the Elephant Transit Home. Janith was an excellent host, making the little extra for us. He even drove us to the Elephant Transit Home in his jeep when we asked him if it was easy to get there by TukTuk. For breakfast make sure to ask him for his mother’s delicious toast!

What an adorable chalet in the middle of nowhere . Gives you enough privacy and makes you feel like a royalty .The owner was extremely helpful and polite . Even though we arrived later than the time decided , we were still greeted with a hot cup of tea and snacks . The place has all the fixtures of a western 5 star resort . The outdoor toilet was by itself a charming experience of the nature . I would highly recommend this place if you want to have a great stay, feel royal , want to experience first hand hospitality of Srilankans and excellent warm breakfast.
