The staff were very friendly and helpful, and even did my laundry! Rooms were the perfect size and the AC worked well. Breakfast was generously portioned. Location is great, down a quiet alley away from a busy street and not a far walk to the Medina. Some nice restaurants nearby also.

The Riad is located in the best part of the Medina and everything is walking distance. The aircon and hot water worked well. We Couldn’t fault our stay here.

Best hospitality I ever experienced, Mehdi and the staff worked around the clock to make sure our stay was great. From picking us up when we got lost walking around the medina, to helping us to book tours and an amazing cooking class. We colud always count on them to make the most of our time in Fes. If I come back to the city I will be definitely staying again at Riad Green House. P.S. The tajins they offer are top of the line, lamb tajin was our favorite.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Riad Old City Palace features accommodation with an indoor pool and free WiFi. The air-conditioned accommodation is 3 km from Royal Palace Fes. The guest house has family rooms. We stayed here for two nights and the whole experience was amazing — from the moment we booked the room until we departed. Communication was great, check-in was smooth, and they even picked us up from the parking area! Riding the real scooter around was such a fun touch. We 100% recommend this place!

At the guest house, each unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. Great location to explore the city, but in a very calm street, so you can escape the hassle of the streets for a minute. The room was clean and the details of the room are just great, the bathroom was very nice. The breakfast was very tasty! Highly recommend.

It is very clean and located right on the edge of the Medina. So it is easy to find and a good starting point (to walk) to explore.

The manager Elena was very communicative and helpful. Her support was very positive. The location was very good near the central part of the Medina at the same time very reserved and quiet. Rooms had enough space, a comfortable bed and a private bathroom with good hot shower (important during january). Breakfast was prepared and served fresh. The smell in the morning was a good reason to wake up and get out of bed. I highly recommend Riad Fez Dar if you are looking for a good experience with a fair price 😃

Extra facilities include full-day security, meeting rooms, a tour desk and housekeeping service. The staff was wonderful. Nevi and Omaima were very nice and friendly. Omaima was so kind and always attentive. She made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. She also took well care of us by getting breakfast for us as we had to go to different excursions very early. They also recommended places and how to do things in the medina. They accommodated us with an excellent service. You would not have the same personalised service in other big hotel. The hotel is traditional and authentic of the local culture. The proximity of the riad was really good. It is inside the Medina and close to everything. Overall, everything was excellent and we will choose the same hotel again. 200% recommended.
