Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Riad Old City Palace features accommodation with an indoor pool and free WiFi. It is situated 3 km from Royal Palace Fes and provides room service. The guest house has family rooms. Everything about the property is perfect! But the staff especially Mohammed and Aziz are exceptional in service! He accommodated us with all our needs!

The units at the guest house feature private entrance and soundproofing so guests can enjoy a peaceful stay. All units are air conditioned and include a seating and/or dining area. At the guest house, each unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. Great location to explore the city, but in a very calm street, so you can escape the hassle of the streets for a minute. The room was clean and the details of the room are just great, the bathroom was very nice. The breakfast was very tasty! Highly recommend.

The guest house specialises in a continental and vegetarian breakfast and breakfast in the room is also available. Guests may eat in the on-site traditional restaurant, which is open for dinner, lunch, brunch and cocktails. Excellent 2 nights stay here inside the old town. They helped me park my rental car out front, upgraded my room, fast WiFi, excellent breakfast on the rooftop terrace, lots of hot water, helped organise a walking tour of the medina, and recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner. I highly recommend - just book it!

The hotel is clean, safe, has very spacious rooms, serves great food for dinners & breakfasts. The team is great, especially Mr Muhhamed. The hotel is easy to find. They send a hotel representative to meet you & help with your luggage. They have a great terrace on the roof. Great place!

At the guest house, units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Lovely welcome into the country. Arrived in the evening and had pre-booked a taxi with the riad. The taxi driver was lovely and gave great tips of what to do in Fes. I would recommend getting a taxi booked as you can easily get lost. We where then welcomed into the riad with mint tea and biscuits which was lovely. We had also ordered food which I will say is a must to try out Hannah is an AMAZING Cook. Loved the riad itself, lovely moroccan architecture with such lovely little details. The beds where very comfy and clean. I would just like to say thank you to Hannah who really made our trip memorable. We would always come back with her smiling which made our day and her food was great- she's an amazing cook. Though there was a language barrier she would always try and communicate with us which was very thoughtful. Overall we really enjoyed our trip and would definitely recommend this riad to anyone coming to fes.
