Nice and cozy. Really centrally located for exploring the zouks, Jaama Eli Fna just ten minutes by foot (If you don't stop to shop 😄) Staff friendly, beautiful rooms, welcoming rooftop. Breakfast was tasty!

Location is in the heart of Medina, quick to call a taxi and get anywhere in Essaouria. Or just simply walk 5 minutes to the local streets to explore what the city has to offer. Omar and his staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond in terms of service, attitude, friendliness. You will be treated with the utmost respect and care here at Riad Dar Awil. Not to mention the delicious food - literally a feast fit for royalty. Every dish was absolutely delicious. Room was clean and there is a cleaner to come tidy your room (even folded up some clothes I had lying around). Can't recommend enough. Thanks for the amazing experience here. Will definitely be back whenever in Essaouria

The Riad is located in the center of Marrakesh, staff super friendly and helpful with any request. Rooms and bathroom clean. High value for money, definitely recommend. The Riad offers taxi services for pick up or drop off (airport,…) and the staff is taking you to the cars themselves which is very handy not to get lost in the multiple streets of Marrakesh.

The riad is located in a very quiet part of town, secluded and away from the hustle and bustle. But at the same time the location is perfect for getting around the whole city, we never needed to take a taxi except from the airport. The facility is elegant, very clean and with attention to detail. The breakfast is plentiful and served every morning by very friendly guys, as are all the staff! The rooms are beautiful, with typical and modern furnishings at the same time. We loved the tranquillity of the Riad, we were able to rest and enjoy beautiful days in Marrakech. We recommend that you rely on the staff to organise your taxi transfers and that you try the Hammam experience in the Riad. Moreover, the restaurant in the Riad is really good! One of the best vegetable cous cous in Marrakech!

I stayed just one night, but honestly, I wish I had stayed longer… It’s the perfect spot to completely disconnect, calm, quiet, with a beach view and air. The team was so friendly. And the food… wow. Simple, fresh, and delicious. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Exceptional hotel! An oasis on the outskirts of Marrakesh. The decor is beautiful. The bedrooms were clean, comfortable, spacious, with air con. We ate our evening meal and breakfast (both ample and delicious) under a roofed area in the garden overlooking the swimming pool. We had a night swim under a crescent moon. It was a joy to smell the scent of flowers in the garden and walk among the fruit trees in the orchard. We liked everything about this beautiful hotel. Thank you to Khalid and the staff for your hospitality. As it's approx. 45 mins by car to get to the hotel from Marrakesh, we'd recommend using your own transport to get there. It would make a lovely venue for a small wedding.
