Direkt am Strand in Punta Allen gelegen und mit einem Garten hat die Unterkunft Villas Roseliz kostenloses WLAN. Right on the beach, within walking distance of everything. Hosts were friendly and couldn’t help us more. They even cooked us a lobster dinner as we bought some local lobster. We enjoyed having a communal kitchen as well. David took us onna very reasonably priced eco tour where we saw dolphins, sea turtles and a manatee! An experience of a lifetime!

I was by myself and felt very safe here with the gated community and security and overall niceness of the neighborhood. Martha was wonderful in making sure I had everything I needed and was very responsive to questions I had. I used the bicycle which was great for getting to the dive shop and into town for dinner, a great location for my needs. II loved floating in the pool and enjoying the patio area. I would definatley come here again if I'm back in Playa del Carmen.

This location is super ideal if you plan on walking, the beach is only a few minutes away by foot and there are so many restaurants and bars in the area.

Simple yet reliable and clean. We discovered this hotel in December, and just came back for another stay in September. We had the most basic room with shared bathroom (cleaned 3 times a day) which is right outside the room and very comfortable for only 25 USD a night. There’s also a large communal kitchen, we didn’t cook but it’s right near a grocery store so if you are looking to stay on a budget it’d be easy. The hotel is a 2 min walk to the beach, it’s right off the center square, tons of restaurants… you can’t get a better location! On some nights and mornings there’s a little artisanal market on the square, very cute. Someone was at reception when we arrived but it was possible to check in after hours also - they sent me detailed codes and instructions in advance. Ample street parking and they had a little lot too. Only 20 min from airport. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Nice hostel, the dorm and bathroom was good and clean. Staff is very friendly. They rent bikes which are perfect when we want to go to the ruins or the beaches. Localisation is in Tulum centro, close to any market, restaurants and bar.
